What participants gain

Inner Compass

A clear sense of what matters most, in life and work, sits at the heart of this programme. You’ll shape a values aligned vision that guides decisions and career direction, deepen your understanding of the internal thinking patterns that create self doubt or overthinking and learn ways to shift them, and build a stronger connection to your strengths and identity.

Career Ownership

A clear sense of direction underpins this part of the programme. You’ll explore your long term aspirations and translate them into near term priorities and action, develop a practical career development plan that supports purposeful, sustainable progression, and build clarity about your personal brand and how to use it to guide choices, conversations and opportunities.

Authentic Presence

You’ll build a personalised confidence toolkit to use in real moments of challenge, strengthen your ability to use your voice with presence, influence and emotional steadiness, and increase your visibility in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

Thriving Well

You’ll have the opportunity to develop a healthier relationship with achievement, replacing perfectionism or “toxic productivity” with a more compassionate and effective standard. You’ll strengthen emotional resilience, boundaries and healthy productivity to avoid burnout, build practical tools to focus your time and energy on what truly matters, and grow your ability to strengthen and activate the career and support networks that enable wellbeing and sustainable growth.

How the programme works

A clear, structured journey

The programme is delivered online through a kick off session, three core modules, short support sessions between modules, and a launchpad end session to enable participants to continue embedding their learning with purpose.

Clarity and Confidence Programme Schedule

The modules cover four segments of the Clarity & Confidence Compass which are Inner Compass, Career Ownership, Authentic Presence and Thriving Well- building on one another to create a steady progression from clarity, to confidence, to being ready to step into sustainable leadership.

Clarity and Confidence Programme Model

Live, interactive sessions

Each module is delivered live via Teams, with space for reflection, discussion and practical application. Sessions are designed to be focused and manageable alongside busy roles, while still giving participants the depth they need to make meaningful progress. Pre reading and reflection is an essential part of each module, priming participants for the conversations within the session.

Small group environment

The group is intentionally kept small to create a supportive, psychologically safe space. Participants learn from one another’s experiences, share challenges, and build a sense of connection with peers who are experiencing similar challenges.

Testimonials

These testimonials reflect clients’ experiences of Helen’s 1-1 coaching. The Clarity & Confidence Programme draws on the same evidence based tools and approaches.

“I gained a huge amount of clarity and confidence through these coaching sessions. Helen helped me work through what I want from my career, asking the right challenging questions to help me feel more clear by the end of each session. The frameworks she shared gave me practical tools I could leverage. Since the sessions, I’ve been acting with more intention with regards to my career and am more confident that I know what I want as my next best move. Helen’s coaching was extremely effective. I particularly valued her calm, supportive style and her ability to challenge me in a way that felt safe and constructive.”

Megan Crane, PMO, Trü Frü International Expansion, Health & Wellness, Mars Inc.

“I now have a deeper understanding of how to manage my imposter syndrome and nervousness in high stakes situations, and I feel more grounded and self assured in professional interactions. I’ve seen a real improvement in how I present myself to stakeholders. Helen created a safe and supportive environment where I felt comfortable discussing my challenges and vulnerabilities. I learned practical techniques to counteract negative self talk and break down complex challenges into manageable actions I could implement right away.”

Kat Bond, Senior Marketing Manager, English Heritage

“My coaching focused on strengthening my relationships, confidence and hence impact. I learned that I was not demonstrating a particular leadership brand; I knew that I didn’t want people to be majoring on the fact that I am an expert and this gave me an insight that I would need to more consciously focus on areas that I wanted them to be aware of in how I lead. As a result, I articulated my leadership brand in a way that meant I could talk to this with others focusing on how I show up, the impact I make, and how I am strategic. Helen helped me to determine my leadership brand, bringing structure to help with this but also being open to being flexible and evolving the approach as needed.”

Alina Timar, European HR Head, Mars Inc

“I gained greater insight into how my own assumptions and behaviours were driving my anxieties and concerns, which has helped me consider how I want to show up. I learnt useful frameworks and tools to help manage my workload and think about what is in my sphere of control. I now have a list of my good qualities that I can use to boost my confidence when needed.”

Programme officer, Charity

“I have seen my confidence drastically improve. Understanding my assumptions and replacing the limiting ones has been really transformative and has helped me tackle difficult conversations and break out of a freeze. The Life Vision exercise helped me identify what I value in life and what I find fulfilling, and I have used this to help me find a new role that I now love.. I look at the goals I set in our first session and feel that I have not only met them but am flourishing now so much more than I ever thought possible.”
