Team Coaching
We believe that the most successful teams within organisations understand the need to co-create greater beneficial value with and for all their stakeholders continuously. To enable them to do this, they dedicate time to their team development as well as their individual development.
Development through team coaching
Team Coaching is a partnership where we provide coaching to the whole team in workshops and live in their team meetings (face to face or virtual) and stakeholder engagements so that the team:
- Is clear about its purpose
- Functions as more than the sum of the parts
- More effectively partners with all of its stakeholders
- Becomes a learning team
Resulting in increased alignment, performance, and engagement
Our approach:
We partner using a holistic approach, considering the team as part of the wider system within the organsiation, and helping the team to understand its current state with respect to the value it provides for its stakeholders, its effectiveness, its culture and what it feels like to work within the team. From there, we can support the team to create a team plan which bridges between individual development plans and business plans to improve team value and performance.
Each team coaching assignment is as unique as the team and their context. That being said, we recognise some common needs and as such are experienced in supporting teams to:
- Form when new, or to build teaming in existing teams
- Address the gap between current and future needs of stakeholders and partner better
- Learn and create new ways of working together to be future fit and a ‘destination’ team for others to aspire to be part of
